DONATION
SUPPORT ALPHA RO
Alpha RO is free to play. Donations help support the continued operation and development of the server, including hosting, infrastructure, security, advertising, maintenance, and future improvements.
Supporting Alpha RO is entirely optional and is not required to play or progress.
DONATION POLICY
Accurate Information
Players must provide accurate and complete information required to process a donation. Alpha RO may reject or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent.
Information Security
Transaction information will be handled only as necessary to process and verify the donation.
Refunds
All donations, Cash Point top-ups, Donate Tickets, and donation-related benefits are final and non-refundable.

Players remain responsible for securing their accounts and donation-related items. Cases involving scams, account sharing, compromised credentials, or player-to-player transactions are subject to Alpha RO's normal rules and investigation policies.
